Like most works of art, stage musicals will mean different things to you in different moments of your life. Last year, when director Ron Baumanis resurrected the short-lived Broadway musical “Bonnie and Clyde” by way of an Ann Arbor Civic Theatre production at Lydia Mendelssohn Theatre, I was enthralled by the naked intimacy of Clyde serenading his partner-in-crime with a ukulele while sitting in a bathtub.
